APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
​
1. APPOINTMENT REQUESTS - Appointment requests are taken at the bottom of this page. Your request will be reviewed to ensure the appointment guidelines below were followed. Your request will be declined if they are not. All appointments require a deposit. Deposits are taken off the total cost at the time of the appointment. You will not be charged a deposit if your appointment request is not accepted.

2. STATE ID REQUIREMENTS - Please read the State ID Requirements page prior to scheduling an appointment. If the state required identification is not presented at the time of service you cannot legally be pierced and your appointment will have to be cancelled.

3. MINOR PIERCING APPOINTMENTS (Ages 9-17) - While scheduling please list in the appointment notes section which identification you will providing for both you and your minor child at the appointment. Your appointment request will be declined if state required identification is not listed. This step is to ensure clients have read, understand, and agree to follow the state identification requirements so we can legally pierce at the time of the appointment.

2. Minor child's ID
3. Do last names and/or addresses match on ID's?
4. Any additional documentation you will provide at the appointment. (Birth certificate, Marriage certificate, Divorce decree, Guardianship papers, etc).

4. HEALTH - Don't make an appointment if you're not feeling well or have been in contact with someone who is sick.
​
5. JEWELRY DOWNSIZING - Downsizing is when you come in for a shorter post once the swelling has gone down after getting pierced (4 weeks for oral piercings and 6-8 weeks for most others). Not downsizing may cause piercings to shift or prolong the healing process because the jewelry moves too much or gets bumped, snagged, etc. Because everyone heals at different rates clients are encouraged to email a picture of their piercing post length prior to scheduling a downsize appointment. Deposits for downsizes are not transferable to another day. Emailing a picture is to ensure you need a downsize to avoid having to pay a deposit for a service you are not ready for. The picture below is an example of someone who emailed prior to scheduling. You can clearly see the swelling is down and the post is long which necessitates a downsize. Walk-ins during business hours is always an option as well.

6. RE-PIERCING - If you're looking to re-pierce a piercing you've had in the past please add it to the notes section while making your appointment.

7. SCHEDULING MULTIPLE SERVICES - For 1 piercing schedule one appointment (30 minutes). For 2 - 4 piercings schedule 2 appointments (expect Earlobes, Spiderbites, Nipples only need 1 appointment). You may schedule up to two 30 minute appointments per person per day. Please do not schedule a separate jewelry change appointment if you are already getting a piercing. Add any jewelry changes, downsizes, or additional piercings, to the notes section while scheduling.

8. NAME, EMAIL, & PHONE - Clients must schedule their own appointments using their own name, email, and phone number.

9. CANCELLATIONS - Are accepted through the square appointment app up to 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less than a 48 hour notice should email Jamie as soon as possible. Cancellations without a 24 hour notice and no shows will forfeit their deposit.

10. RESCHEDULING - You may reschedule through the appointment app up to 48 hours in advance. After 48 hours please contact Jamie. If it's a reschedule where you previously cancelled with a 24 hour notice and had already placed a deposit please add that information to the notes section while scheduling.

11. LATE ARRIVALS - Due to scheduled and timed appointments any late arrivals (5 minutes or more) may need to be cancelled. Please plan ahead for traffic, parking, weather, etc.
12. CHOOSING YOUR SERVICE OPTION - When scheduling on the appointment app be sure to select the correct service age and piercing. Do not choose jewelry services unless you need a jewelry change or to purchase jewelry.

It is the clients responsibility to provide the identification required by the State of MN at the time of the appointment. Please review the ID Requirements before scheduling.
